General Helper

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a safe and orderly work environment
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and supplies
• Support team members in various departments by completing tasks as assigned
• Operate and maintain various equipment and machinery with proper training
• Assist with assembly and packaging of products according to specifications
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery operation is a plus
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Flexibility to work in different departments as needed
