Job Description
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of operational, regulatory, commercial matters relating to e-commerce mandates- with focus on consumer and IP protection
- Support the business in understanding and complying with legal and regulatory requirements when launching and operating new products and initiatives
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements relating to digital and e-commerce platforms
- Partner with local and international stakeholders across the e-commerce and wider cross-functional teams such as privacy and public policy, setting appropriate priorities and managing legal risk
