Job Description
- Establishing credibility within the organisation as a trusted advisor who provides expert advice relative to the integration of talent acquisition processes, programs, and practices
- Coaching executive leadership to translate business need into criteria that allows for successful candidate identification while exploring new or innovative channels to cultivate candidates
- Building a strong brand and value proposition to attract top talent including a clear and compelling articulation of business strategy, solutions, culture, and core value system
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment
- Identifying ongoing recruitment resources including internal and external partners and providing direct sourcing activity within budget guidelines
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with local laws
- Analysing data and metrics to inform decisions around talent strategy
- Managing competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Work with a sense of urgency to find the best talent for our positions
