Job Description
- Partner with business stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
- Champion data-driven decision making by translating complex analytical results into clear and actionable insights tailored for business audiences.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and prioritisation of analytics initiatives.
- Act as the "voice of business" within the analytics team, ensuring projects align with business priorities and deliver tangible value.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimise data-driven strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
The Successful Applicant
- Over 5 years' experience in a business-focused analytics role.
- Strong understanding of business and technical operations and the ability to translate them into data-driven questions and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
