Assistant MEP Technician

Job Role

To perform MEP O&M duties associated with all the operations within the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Knowledge of Chilled water line installation,valve installations,pumps and other components.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Performing routine maintenance on systems, such as changing filters, checking electrical connections, and inspecting plumbing fixtures.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• assisting senior technicians to operate and maintain the systems across all disciplines.
• Assess equipment for damage and propose rectification actions.
• Complete PPM activities and ensure they are carried out correctly and on time.
• Repair & maintenance works to site.
• Share shifts during weekends and emergency call outs
• Any duties to ensure full compliance with the service agreement.
  
  

Skills Required

• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used within the project.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Good organizational skills
• Well-mannered with a neat and tidy appearance
