Job Description
- Business Workshops: Participation in Welcome to Hilti Training, Effective Presentation Skills Workshop, and Mastering Impactful Communications Workshop
- Engineering Acumen Training: Access to FUSE our internal Learning & Development Platform & through rotation-based on-the-job training.
- Business Mentoring: Mentoring & Business Coaching by a Leadership Team Member
- Regular reviews and check-ins: Multiple check-in touch points during onboarding, completion review following each rotation, year-end performance evaluation review.
- Social project: Involvement in a hands-on and hugely impactful community project, like our annual Ramadan Charity, Ajman Charity School Fundraiser, etc.
