Developing yourself in technical expertise and developing Hilti Store and Customer Service with basic technical competencies and processes.
Driving cross functional collaboration with Marketing and Project Management Office to ensure high quality technical documents preparation.
Preparation of Technical Submittals Technical letters, warranties, consultants’ comments, etc ; and continuous update of licenses and certificates in the standard submittals template
Updating new datasheets, third party tests, test reports and other relevant information necessary for the submittal.
Supporting Field based employees with Bill of Quantities and Anchor / Rebar designs.
Continuous update of the shared engineering folder (Project approvals, specifications, letters log, new ETA’s and Datasheets, etc.)
Renewal of Authorities Certification like ADCE, DEWA, ADCO approvals and vendors list whenever necessary.
Providing telephone technical support for customers requiring immediate attention.
