What You Will Do
- To provide a day-to-day support in F&B department by judicious use of time and available admin tools and resources
- Help to create and maintaining a unique guest experience and upholding resort brand standards (VIP Arrival meeting to attend+ direct line to GR)
- Follow up glitches related to F&B (meeting guest if requested/recovery under F&B & ADOFB supervision)
- Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking minutes of meetings as required
- Assisting F&B team in daily schedule
- Updating employee s schedule and payroll processing
- Assisting in all F&B admin related tasks
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
What You Bring
- Previous F&B experience in luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent Computer skills & software.
- Native English speaker will have an advantage.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
