Create, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, focused on client calls, meetings, sales processes, etc.
Lead daily training sessions for real estate agents, covering best practices for phone calls, client interactions, and face-to-face meetings.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to agents, helping them improve their skills and achieve their targets.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and new training techniques to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and overall effectiveness to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a training role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Fluent English speaker, Russian and/or Arabic preferred
A valid driver’s licence is required.
Strong ability to establish cooperative relationships, engage stakeholders, and manage projects effectively.
Demonstrated capability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of performance
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of individuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.
