- Audit & reconcile credit card transactions
- Prepare, compile, edit and issue various reports and presentations as required
- Develop and maintain a database of records to ensure smooth transactions for all financial processes
- Maintain various documents in file that need signatures and controls the office supplies and maintains the relevant inventory
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned accounting tasks that are in accordance with the outlined policies and procedures
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Able to demonstrate a good all round knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skill
- Ability to deal with people at all levels with professionalism & tact and able to cope and maintain calm under pressure
