You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Keep up to date with market trends pertaining to industry/trade/product category, customer preferences and competitor activities. Ensure stores are up to date on market trends.
• Prepare sales yses and reports on operational issues, market trends, competitors and customer to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management strategy – per brand
• Responsible for preparation of store for principal visits in order to build and strengthen the brand
• Ensure optimum staffing levels are maintained across the brand through liaison with the Unit HR Manager
• Monitor the sales figures against forecasts, yze and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit
• Manage and control all aspects of stock management of the brand, ensure adherence to procedures and guide the team towards achieving targeted stock levels and minimizing stock loss.
• Implement and monitor store operations policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
• Contribute to sales plans for the brand, implement activities as per the agreed plan and carry out cost control measures to achieve set targets vs budgets.
• Accountable for implementing and overseeing omni-channel initiatives in your store, such as Click & Collect and Clientelling.
• Foster a customer-centric mindset in all business activities, including the management of the brand's personal shopping service.
• Responsible for delivering a best-in-cl retail experience, encomping customer satisfaction, visual merchandising, and employee engagement.
• Provide consistent coaching and feedback to the store team, ensuring accountability.
• Regularly engage on the sales floor to offer real-time coaching and uphold standards of education and customer service.
People Management Roles and Responsibilities
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
About You
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Graduate in any discipline.
Years of Experience
• 5-7 years’ experience of successfully running a profitable retail store.
