Job Description
- Provide first line of support to all clinical and administrative staff for issues related to application.
- Ensure effectiveness of implementation, evaluation and optimization of all clinical projects and workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical departments and other hospital staff in overall project implementation and support.
- Work closely with Doctors, nursing and other clinical department to improve system workflows.
- Analyze and interpret patient, nursing, or information systems data to improve clinical services.
- Analyze health-related data.
- Translate Clinical practice information between Clinical Staff and systems engineers.
- Identify, collect, record or analyze data that are relevant to the clinical care of patients.
- Document operational activities.
