Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for our organization. You will play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top-quality candidates to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each role

• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their fit for open positions

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process

• Manage the offer process and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other recruiting sources

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial role

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-quality candidates

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
