Job Description

  • Accountable for GM / Sales across the zone & line of business to secure FS ambitions.
  • Lead S&OP at Zone level to anticipate gaps and needs to ensure services zone performance.
  • Monitor performance by ensuring appropriate level of profitability and efficiency in each of the countries and at zone level.
  • Coordinate and escalate to GSC teams to ensure we have the right SCM performance (Costs, Stocking policy, LT,delivery …).
  • Boost lead generation business.

Drive competitiveness & Execution excellence

  • Lead AEP full deployment and implementation into each countries of the zone as per roadmap.
  • Ensure 100% use of bFS in countries.
  • Deploy and secure adoption of processes (CPP4S…) and tools (SKM, OnSite , …) to drive operations efficiencies.
  • Deploy Lean approach and SPS for Services in the zone and contribute to the design.

Lead Execution digital transformation into the region

  • Support Digital offers implementation: understanding and operational deployment.
  • Transform operations delivery with digital tools & adapted processes (BFS and FSR tools, boost FSR lead generation).
  • Support Cyber security deployment tools and offers inside operations and partners.
