SUMMARY OF GENERAL DUT ES
1.1.1 Organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.
1.1.2 Manages all aspects of procurement of goods and services for the hotel. Works with key internal and external contacts to efficiently utilize high quality materials that best achieve value for money not exceeding the hotel s budget.
1.1.3 To work in subordination of purchasing chief
1.1.4 To control the goods received from suppliers (quality, price, accordance to the contract)
1.1.5 To inform storekeeper if the delivered goods do not match the standards and the contract
1.1.6 To organize the schedule (day and time) for goods receiving with storekeeper
1.1.7 The goods should be taken by a person in charge from a department to which the goods have been delivered.
