Job Description
- Welcome and greet the customers.
- Taking orders and providing friendly customer service
- Educating customers on the menu and various coffee beans
- Operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment to create quality beverages
- Prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques such as espresso, americano, cafe latte, cappuccino, flat white, v60, aeropress, etc.
- Ensuring consistent drink quality and presentation
- Cleaning and maintaining the coffee bar area, equipment, and tables
- Complying with health and safety laws and guidelines
- Restocking the displays and supplies
- Providing feedback to management
