As a Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist/Consultant, your primary focus will be on diagnosing and treating various cardiac rhythm disorders through advanced electrophysiology procedures. You will evaluate patients, perform electrophysiology studies and mapping, conduct ablations, and implant devices when necessary. Your expertise and dedication will greatly contribute to improving the cardiac health and quality of life of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive cardiac examinations
- Perform and interpret non-invasive and invasive cardiac electrophysiology studies
- Perform ablation procedures to treat cardiac arrhythmias
- Implant and manage cardiac devices, such as pacemakers and defibrillators
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac electrophysiology through continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Medical degree
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various cardiac rhythm disorders through electrophysiology procedures
- Strong knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology principles, practices, and treatment options
- Experience in performing electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implantation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with colleagues
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex cardiac rhythm disorders
