Roles & Responsibilities
Staffing and outsourcing manpower to the clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for business development.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas and feedback.
Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients, ensuring profitable contracts
