- Drafting meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and work reports.
- Managing the Document Control System (OA) to timely filing, processing, and archiving company documents.
- Handling document transmission, including email, mail, fax, etc.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including document distribution, classification, and archiving.
Provide general admin service and support:
- Managing company meeting rooms, including booking, preparation, and external guest reception.
- Arranging schedules and appointments for the President/GM or other senior management.
- Providing general service support to the President and GM, including traffic arrangements (ground/air transportation), TR, reimbursements, and monthly reporting.
- Coordinating company vehicle arrangements, including applications and scheduling, to ensure safe and convenient transportation for company purposes.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Similar experience in admin or customer service.
- Attention to detail, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (mandatory).
