Job Description
* Assign drivers to pick up vehicles to enable the timely delivery .
* Monitor the progress of drivers and shipments, ensuring that they adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines.
* Provide drivers with vital information such as addresses, delivery instructions, .
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, driver information.
* Continually review and improve dispatching processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
* Coordinate with other departments such as sales, customer service, and operations to ensure the smooth flow of information and service.
* Negotiate with drivers to get special rates to reduce costs.
