Job Description

The coordination of all departments that directly affect manufacturing in order to maintain operational efficiency.

.

Work with sales, Logistics and production planning groups to ensure customer satisfaction relative to delivery schedules and commitments.

.

Follow up with Sales Team for the new orders

.

Review Monthly Sales and Customer Sales and highlight to the Management.

.

Coordinating with Customer for delivery schedules & Follow up on new orders and forecast

.

Preparation of documents such as Quotation, Invoices, Stock agreements etc.

.

Coordinating with Customer and Management regarding New Projects schedule.

.

Preparing All Export Documents including COO, Health Certificate, etc.

.

Meet the expectation of customers by managing the deliveries promptly and secure recurring business.

.

Stay up to date with latest order & production management best practices and concepts

.

Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping, etc.

.

Maintaining Contracts of Customers and updates in the system from time to time.

.

Responsible for Price List and Stock checks

.

Following with customer to get the forecast in order to get raw material and packaging goods and avoid delays in deliveries.

.

Coordinating with Logistics team for timely delivery, truck utilization, and cost control.

.

Coordinating with Accounts team for customer invoices, credit notes, payments, and stock checks.

.

Answer customers query by email & telephone

.

Any other Sales related activities which the management deems required from time to time

.

Liaising between production team and sales team.

.

Booking orders in system for production and delivery.

.

Pre planning and scheduling customer delivery requests.

.

Making and checking quotations, invoices, Delivery note.

.

Updating daily work on ERP system and making sure there are no discrepancies.

.

Providing timelines to customers.

.

Liaising with shipping forwarders.
