Job Description
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
