Patient Registration

Do you have a passion for patients and enjoy the administrative side of healthcare? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Registration Rep to assist patients in the front office in Safety Harbor, FL. This is a contract-to-hire position for an established Orthotics & Prosthetics organization. Excellent opportunity to join a great company!

Responsibilities

• Provides empathetic customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Meet and greet patients, verify demographics, insurance, and payment collection if needed.
• Other responsibilities include patient scheduling, scanning documents, and inventory management.
  

Experience

• AT least 2 years of Administrative experience in a healthcare field.
• 1 year of experience with EHR/EMR records system and able to type 40wpm.
• Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• GED or HS Diploma required.
