What is your day to day?
- Support the move management team throughout the project life cycle from Initiate to Close
- Executes financial and administrative aspects of moves, such as budget, purchase order and invoice entries
- Verification of general contractors pay applications and vendor invoices for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditions
- Provide financial reports and project status information as needed
- Vendor maintenance in compliance with client’s policies
- Vendor aging management
- Manage account move project closeouts
- Maintain move management documents on internal and client SharePoint sites, in compliance with client and JLL policies
- Single point of contact for systems, training, process, general questions and issue resolution for assigned regions
- Process Improvement
- Manage move management documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules
- Responsible for internal team communication functions, including presentations and newsletters
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management technology
- Assist with developing and updating project documentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Required

- Previous experience in move management or project coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- An agile problem solver with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret document
