Key job responsibilities
- Ownership of ADX content creation inclusive of videos, podcasts, written articles, and social posts.
- Ownership of ADX social channels across social media from concept to post-implementation analysis.
- Own the development of content strategies and a content calendar for each social channel.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all social media channels.
- Follow, immerse, and take action on design, research and creative industry trends specific to content subjects, guests, and new formats.
- Develop content production practices and toolkits for teammates to use for capturing events and
- Analyze and report social channel performance to quantify the effectiveness of content and drive learnings.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline such as Communications or Marketing.
- 6+ years of experience in design culture oriented social media marketing.
- Portfolio of bar raising content work samples
- Mastery of relevant production methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track of record of developing & implementing content / social media strategy.
- Deep understanding of major social media including analytics and business management tools. Ability to think big and propose innovative strategies to maximize engagement and brand affinity.
- You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you match the message to the medium.
- You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and an effective content strategy plan.
- You can also play copywriter and know good work when you see it.
- Ability to compile, analyze and tell the story on social media data.
- Strong business writing skills, with a good grasp of tone and appropriate professional online communication.
- Proficiency in a variety of social media tools including Sprinklr and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
