About The Role
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership stakeholders to integrate API seamlessly. As a Customer Engineer, you’ll not only guide customers through the integration process but also act as their technical advocate throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions using the API based on customer needs.
- Advise customers on product architecture and best practices for API usage.
- Provide ongoing technical support, including debugging and issue resolution.
- Proactively identify and implement fixes and improvements in the Enode codebase.
- Champion new products and features based on customer feedback.
- Drive internal projects to enhance the customer experience.
About You
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer engineering or user-oriented software engineering.
- Proficient in managing technical client relationships and diving into codebases.
- Experience in managing complex software projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Nice to have: Experience in a technical role at a third-party API company.
