Job Description

  • Operations Management:
  • Assist in the overall management of F&B operations across multiple outlets.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth functioning of all F&B outlets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Staff Management:
  • Supervise and provide guidance to F&B staff, including wait staff, bartenders, kitchen staff, etc.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating F&B personnel.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of staff morale and motivation.
  • Handle any staff-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service:
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and promote repeat business.
  • Revenue Maximization:
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs by minimizing wastage and implementing efficient inventory management practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase average check value.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure consistency and quality of food and beverage offerings across all outlets.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to develop and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Financial Management:
  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets for F&B operations.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities.
