Civil Engineer with minimum experience of 7 years (UAE) in Residential & Villa Projects as Quantity Surveyor.
Good command of the Fidic contract conditions.
Good team player selfmotivated and quick learner.
Good communication reporting and coordination skills.
Good ability to work with several computer software (MS office Primavera & Auto CAD).
Valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and Verifying the quantities as per the Drawings and BOQ.
Cross verification of quantities submitted by Consultant/ Contractors.
Reviewing verifying & Processing the Monthly Bills in accordance with the Condition of Contract complying with management guidelines.
Reviewing and Ensuring insurances and bank guarantees are in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
Reviewing work progress in accordance with the Project Program. To inform management in case of delays as per agreed milestones dates.
Coordination with Consultant/Contractor QS to comply the contract conditions.
Site visits in order to verify the actual work progress.
Audit & clarify contractors request for extension of time. Issue a report to management together with recommendation for extension of time or penalties.
Contract management & Contract Administration.
Preparing Monthly Cost report & Cashflow report.
Working closely with Management for Prime cost & Provisional sum items quantities cost nominations & procurement.
Reviewing and Verifying Variations (positive and negative both). Preparing technical and commercial comparison sheets.
Attending Weekly progress meetings and day to day coordination with Consultant team.
Perform Value Engineering exercise in liaison with Management.
