Job Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key retail partners distributors and stakeholders across diverse GCC countries
- Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competition to identify growth opportunities and recommend product adaptations.
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for a multinational brand in the GCC market focusing on increasing market share and revenue
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective promotional activities
- Provide regular reports and insights to the global sales leadership contributing to the overall business strategy
Requirements:
- Proven success in commercial sales within GCC ideally in multinational brand sales or related industries
- Indepth knowledge of the GCC market dynamics consumer preferences and regulatory landscapes
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills with key players in the retail and distribution channels
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt global strategies to regional nuances
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
