Roles & Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES The candidate will be responsible for (1) Maintaining SAP S4 extended warehouse management system (S/4 HANA EWM), (2) provide technical and functional support in SAP EWM (3) resolve functional and technical issues (4) identify recurring business pain points/issues and provide optimal resolutions in alignment with SAP best practice. In addition, the candidate will have an opportunity to contribute to the on-going S/4 implementation program. Candidate would be tasked to review functional specification document, system configuration, developing testing scripts, and performing UN and SIT testing. Ideal candidate should be able to handle and manage the resolutions of all the support tickets raised by business users independently.
