- Proven significant experience in a compliance or regulatory role, with a focus on developing and implementing compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the organization.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Sound ethical judgment and integrity.
