Roles & Responsibilities
1. *Guest Satisfaction*: Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all guest interactions and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
2. *Staff Supervision*: Supervising and coordinating the activities of all front desk staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
3. *Training and Development*: Providing training, guidance, and support to front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and deliver outstanding service.
