Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge databases, including specifications, key features, troubleshooting information, and FAQs.
- Assist in developing product content for marketing materials, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product changes and updates, and communicate these effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the marketing team by participating in product demonstrations and presentations at trade shows, webinars, and other events.
- Provide expert advice and support to sales and customer service teams, helping to resolve complex product inquiries and issues.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Science or related fields
- Experience in knowledge management or similar roles
- Experience with knowledge management software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments within an organization
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify trends in data and optimize knowledge management practices accordingly
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
