Job Description
- Ability to review designs, drawings and work closely with the design department to ensure production objectives are met.
- Monitor budget for each project and seeking approvals from the Production manager: Including purchasing new materials, use of in-house materials, logistics and manpower.
- Monitor day-to- day factory production procedures, team allocation, store material availability, labours attendance, overtime approvals etc.
- Implement the highest level of health and safety standards • Submitting document for necessary venue approvals.
- Collecting daily progress report from the foreman’s
- Assistant Production Manager for inquiring quotation from supplier for the outsource job.
- Assisting in preparation of BOQ of the job
- Responsible for site inspections prior production
- Coordinating with site foremen for smooth production & Installation.
- Ensuring the work is deliver with high quality & standard as per the company guidelines and client expectations.
- Maintain the health & Safety of workers at workplace
- Material procurement upon job confirmation as per the approved BOQ
- Handling driver schedule
- Arranging LPO’s from the Head Office upon Project confirmation
