Principal Engineer - Building Structures

• Create and develop high-quality structural designs for various building projects, utilizing concrete, steel, and other materials as necessary.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant design codes, local authority requirements, and industry standards.
• Learn and apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles to enhance the quality and efficiency of design processes.
• Take full responsibility for your work, including self-review and collaboration with colleagues for peer review.
• Supervise, coordinate, and provide support to Engineers and BIM Technicians in the Middle East and India to ensure project success.
• Support the construction phase of projects by responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), contractor submittals, and client design changes. This may involve on-site visits as needed.
• Embed Health & Safety practices into all work activities in alignment with company policies. Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

• Experience in local UAE and KSA design codes
