Product Coordinator

• Operationalization of the Voice of the Customer, create and embed feedback loop into the product cycle

• Translate feedback data into digestible formats to drive continuous product improvement

• Play an active role in product launches and implementation, aligning stakeholders together in terms of timelines and information

• Run product experimentations to allow Product team to continue making data-driven decisions

• Focus on improving the operations of how products are built through process refinement and creation

• Investigate and optimize triage bug reports by automation and comprehensive product documentation

What Did We Order?

• Hold a bachelor's degree or have comparable experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Ops or as a Product Specialist

• Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity and excel at problem-solving

• Experience in managing stakeholders from different departments or tribes

• Optimize products post rollout, to drive continuous improvement.

• Obsessive with improvement, things can always be better

• Familiar with agile software development and related tools
