Partner with the key stakeholders, leaders, and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes, and metrics while developing innovative ways to meet HungerStation's constantly expand and evolve recruiting needs.
Facilitate the processing involved in recruiting suitable candidates. This function includes paper screening, short-listing, arranging interviews, and assessment, among others.
Place announcements for job vacancies internal and external channels to generate as many potential applicants for required vacancies.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.
