Analyzes customer business requirements and product objectives to develop and ensure that the solution and design in ServiceNow meet customer specifications and expectations.
Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow, administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, and custom application development
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues related to DP World's IT Service Management.
Identify the gaps of DP World's ITSM instance and recommend / provide solutions
Follow and implement the best practices of ITSM around development, change release deployments, integration etc.
Perform proper and in-depth analysis to ensure business continuity when deploying new changes to ITSM's environment.
Closely collaborate with ServiceNow product team to ensure that DP World's ITSM is up to date in terms of product developments/releases.
Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to potential users and existing customers within DP World and its sub entities
Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all of the team deliverables.
