Responsibilities
- Innovation in products with cross-functional teams and think creatively to deliver first class digital solutions that create rapid impact for employees, customers or advisors
- Prepare and present product visions and proposals to the leadership team when required
- Identify KPIs and use them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gather key insights that will shape the digital experience
- Manage expectations with business sponsors and company executives
- Manage cross-functional relationships with emphasis on decision-making over consensus
- Identify future potential of products and get teams, customers and business network excited about it
- Lead design and development teams to deliver high profile digital solutions and products
- Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles
- Work closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision and lead
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:
- Deep experience in digital product development and marketing
- Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
- Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
- Demonstrates thought leadership and is able to influence at all levels in the organization
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics
- Knowledge of Lead and Agile software development processes
- Expertise across all areas of digital acquisition marketing including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and funnel optimization
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience including 3+ years of experience in product development and marketing
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
- Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
