Job Description
- Develop document inventories and maintain indexes for classification systems
- Fully responsible for maintaining documents / letters / email on electronic storage including dispatach / upload / download & distribution
- Ensure compliance with the project’s electronic filing / documentation system
- Responsible for keeping comprehensive records of all documents being issued and received, including revision status, commented status open/closed status
- Attaching and issuing documents under transmittals
