Position Overview: The Group HR Manager will be responsible for leading the human resources function across the group of companies ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) diversified businesses or groups of companies with a proven track record of implementing HR best practices to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the groups overall objectives.
Drive HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key positions across the group.
Implement talent management strategies to attract retain and develop top talent.
3. Performance Management:
Develop and oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
4. Learning and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
5. Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Promote a positive work environment and employee morale across the group.
6. HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the group.
7. HR Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize HR analytics to drive datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Prepare regular HR reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR leader in MNCs diversified businesses or groups of companies.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
