 Preparing short- and medium-term operational plans and objectives for information technology projects and aligning them with the operational objectives of the administration and the Authority’s strategic plans.

Developing policies and procedures for IT project operations.

Prepare budgets for information systems projects based on project-specific constraints and business parameters; and obtain the necessary credits,

And monitor implementation to ensure optimal use in accordance with financial policies

Job Responsibilities

• Study the needs to identify technical project resources in accordance with approved standards and plan tools and mechanisms for developing and managing project capabilities.
• Determine the scope of technical projects, objectives, requirements for deliverables, achievements, and time frames for application.
• Preparing plans to measure the achievement of the results and outputs of projects, as well as planning, identifying and approving the agency’s work strategies.
• Efficiency indicators for projects ( Requests for Proposals (RFPs) & Requests for Information (RFI). Creating documents for project management
