Job Description
- Develop and deploy IT governance strategies and frameworks, such as trust resilience framework and decision-making authority framework.
- Lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry best practices, including certifications like ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, ISO, etc.
- Offer guidance and assistance to senior management and stakeholders regarding IT governance issues, including risk management, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Assess and audit existing IT governance processes and controls to gauge effectiveness, and propose enhancements.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate IT governance principles seamlessly into business processes and decision-making.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in IT governance, and adjust strategies and frameworks accordingly.
- Act as a subject matter expert on IT governance matters, providing training and awareness initiatives to promote organizational understanding and adoption
