Logistics Manager

Coordinate and communicate with contractors, consultants, other stakeholders and all necessary personnel in establishing and implementing safe, efficient and viable logistics to serve the needs of Al-Hadayaryah Al-Sharqiya development and other adjacent developments.
Work with all contractors, particularly drilling and offshore, to ensure all necessary logistics requirements are agreed, coordinated and delivered.
Work closely and seamlessly with the Health and Safety teams to ensure health and safety provision is taken into account, reviewing the risk assessment and approvals required in relation to logistics activities where required.
Work with and assist logistics consultants in developing plans and systems.
Ensure full coordination of logistics between all contractors, including marine and drilling contractors.
Assist in developing necessary traffic and facility management plans.
Ensure all contractors' logistics proposals are received and reviewed.
Ensure coordination between contractors regarding logistics and ensure it matches the approved site plan for logistics.
Identify contractors' requirements and work with them to provide what is necessary safely and in full compliance with health and safety requirements.
Coordinating with the development of central and western borders, and ensuring successful coordination of logistics.
Review technical submissions related to logistics, such as method statements, large movements of equipment and machinery, tower cranes, mobile cranes, etc. Site ownership, coordination between all contractors, and coordination of all health and safety guidelines and VIP visitor programs.
Ensure safe, efficient and efficient logistics operations are provided at all times on land and at sea to safely facilitate construction, offshore and drilling activities.
