You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDevelops and maintains systems for the design consultant covering the areas of budgeting, cost control, estimating and reporting.
Reviews various activities of construction projects regarding changes and submission for management approvals.
Ensures that cost estimating and cost control requirements for changes are incorporated into bid specification documents.
Reviews costs submitted by the consultant/contractor and ensures compliance with agreement, contract drawings and specifications as well as accuracy of company requirements.
Reviews bills of quantities prepared by design consultant and contractors and ensures they comply with drawings and specifications.
Verifies project control budgets and updates them as appropriate for management approval.
Prepares and reviews forecasts for final project costs including changes, taking into account commitments.
Prepares and updates cost data for cost reviews provided by the design consultant.
Reviews final cost reports, asset records, and project closure reports for compliance with contract requirements.
Reviews and approves progress payments in coordination with the project team.
Reviews change requests, contract trend notices, change orders, claims, etc.
Performs other similar duties as assigned.
Ensures compliance with quality, environmental, safety and occupational health requirements within Hill International, and ensures ongoing compliance with these requirements while working at Hill.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Line Manager/Supervisor.
