Expected

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering Discipline
• Strong background in providing Consulting and Engineering services to global clients
• Strong understanding of vendors / technologies / licensors in Process and Chemicals and Future Energies (Ammonia, Hydrogen, Methanol etc.)
• Commercial awareness of project delivery
• Understands the levels of detail required to support the early phase decision making process for pre-FEED phases (pre-feasibility, concept, feasibility, pre-FEED etc).
• Experienced in chairing meetings and facilitating workshops
• Capable of motivating and leading multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive culture
• Communicates effectively to build collaboration and influence stakeholders
• Thinks strategically, takes decisions and delivers results
  

Desirable

• Engineering qualification in Chemical Engineering
• Higher degrees (Masters, PhD) in Chemical Engineering
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Site experience including process plant start up, commissioning, operator training etc.
• Member of an appropriate professional institution
• Some level of qualification from Association of Project Management or similar
• Commercial exposure through responsible positions in Proposals, Legal or Commercial
• Experience in FEED, EPC, Commissioning and / or Operations such that Clients recognise the experience from later phases being considered in their early project phase
• Proficient in the use of project scheduling, estimating and cost accounting tools and methods
