Job Description
Looking for Interns with experience in exhibition and conference industry
Good Communication Skills
- Confident
- Influencing Exhibition Policies on the Speakers for Flights/Accommodation Decision.
- Working from office Full Time
- No Objection to work Full time in Abu Dhabi during the event.
Roles:
- Managing Speakers Logistics (Tickets, Accommodation, Transportation)
- Updating Speakers on Website
- Sending the Speakers Posts to promote on their Social Media Channels
- Onsite Speakers Management
- Admin the Speakers and Protocol Portals under the Protocol Head
- Supporting Speakers with Visa (if required)
