▪ Health and safety responsibilities
▪ Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
▪ Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
▪ Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
▪ Maintain records/logs of repair and fixes.
▪ Daily maintenance of CheckIn/Gate Hardware,
▪ Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
▪ Providing L1 support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
▪ Inspection of all Signage display to ensure no downtime.
▪ Creating, updating, and maintaining seat map in Maestro.
