- Acts as the project management for the function
- Develops & manages various data analytics & reporting tools for hospitality business to monitor business performance & inform decision making
- Responsible for delivery upgrade & cost
- Develop merchandising plan for all stores & liaise with visual merchandising
- Serves as financial data analytics point for the business optimism for system upgrade
- Acts as the R&D collection point for F&B, design and technology
- Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides data-driven input based on historical trends, customer and market analytics, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making
- Works closely with key business stakeholders to drive all strategic projects for Hospitality business including policy and process gap analysis and improvement, performance improvement, and other ad hoc initiatives, from start through completion
About You
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance or any other relevant field such as Supply-Chain Management
Years of Experience
- Min of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Good knowledge of Hospitality/F&B business
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS office as well as relevant financial analysis and planning tools
- Strong financial planning, modeling & data analytics skills
- Strong Project Management skills
