Responsible for the technical delivery of business applications, contributing to enabling Company’s growth through fulfilment of technology roadmap.
Manage business applications technical budget. Ensure onshore and offshore resources’ cost is controlled and fully leveraged.
Ensure business stakeholders’ (POS users, digital departments, etc) needs and requests are listened to, assessed for feasibility and complexity, pipelined and delivered.
Manage all internal and external stakeholders contributing to the technical development of the products.
Become the gate keeper for product standards. Follow product providers standards and ensure all products are upgraded as per best practices and technology trends
Interact with stakeholders at all levels, from C-level to Entry-level, on the topics under his/her own domain
Ensure all vendor teams comply with documentation needs. Personally, check and review all documents provided and ensure quality standards are always met.
Ensure business applications’ stability and continuity under all circumstances; lead technical team to address issues causing downtimes or disservices.
Requirements
Graduate in Computer Application
10+ years in business applications technical development/lead
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 FO and POS is a must
Exposure to complex application landscapes and knowledge of middleware, such as Informatica and Apigee
3-4-year experience in a technical leading role, coordinating onshore and offshore development resources
4-5 year of experience in retail industry, omni channel environment
